Delivery timing may vary depending on product size, delivery address, building access and order arrangement. Delivery Fees Delivery within Singapore is free. No delivery charge is added at checkout. Delivery Timing After your order, we contact you to arrange a delivery date. For furniture items, delivery is scheduled based on stock availability and the delivery schedule. Installation Where installation is included, the product page says so. For other items, let us know after ordering if you need installation and we will confirm availability and any charge before scheduling. Before Delivery Please check: - The product size against your room - Access requirements such as lift access, stairs, doorways, parking or building restrictions If you are unsure, you can chat with us on WhatsApp before or after ordering. Missed Delivery or Failed Delivery Please make sure someone is available to receive the item at the agreed delivery time. If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or cannot provide required access, additional delivery fees may apply.
